Annie’s Story

Family Legacy would like to congratulate Miss Annie Mutale on being the inaugural recipient of the George Fettinger Memorial Scholarship. George and his family are long-time Camp Life participants and supporters of Family Legacy.

When George passed away unexpectedly in 2020, his family wanted to honor his heart for the vulnerable and orphaned children in Zambia by empowering them to live out their God-given potential.

The Fettinger family established a four-year university scholarship to be given to a qualified student. Annie has been waiting for three years to attend university. Through the family’s generous scholarship in memory of their beloved George, she is now enrolled at Northrise University studying Business Administration. And George’s legacy will continue for generations yet to come through his extended family in Zambia!
