Camp Life Volunteer Opportunties

Would you be interested in spending your summer serving the vulnerable and orphaned children of Lusaka, Zambia? If so, Family Legacy would love to share an exciting opportunity with you. We have three areas for summer interns—Summer Staff, Medical, and Videographer and Photographers.

Summer Staff is a program for college students who are passionate, hard-working, and servant leaders. Summer Staffers works behind the scenes to help orchestrate the day-to-day logistics of Camp Life, working alongside the Camp Life participants so that they are better able to serve the Zambian children. 

Summer Staff gain skills in logistical planning, problem-solving, leadership, responsibility in the workplace, customer service, and organization. Summer Staff also have weekly Bible studies, opportunities for one-on-one discipleship, worship nights, and build life-long community with other Summer Staff. They also have the chance to participate in Camp Life for a week, as well as interact with the children of Zambia week-in and week-out. To Apply for Summer Staff 2023 please use the button above.

Are you someone who desires to work in the medical field or have already received your degree? Then we need you!

Every summer for Camp Life Family Legacy screens between 700 and 1,000 children a week as well as taking care of campers as needed. Our medical field intern will help assist with the screening process while working in a medical clinic in Zambia.

Family Legacy’s media internship allows photographers and videographers alike to capture the essence of Camp Life through a lens.
