Summer Staff gain skills in logistical planning, problem-solving, leadership, responsibility in the workplace, customer service, and organization. Summer Staff also have weekly Bible studies, opportunities for one-on-one discipleship, worship nights, and build life-long community with other Summer Staff. “Summer staff taught me so many things, but my biggest take away leaving Zambia was that no matter where you are in your relationship with Jesus at the moment- surround yourself with other believers who will lift you up and bring you closer to Him in every aspect of life. Not only did I get to serve and help bring Zambian children closer to God through their American ambassadors, I got to do it beside other college students who quickly became my family, community, and best friends that I will know and cherish for a lifetime. There truly is nothing like summer staff in Zambia, it is the greatest gift I have ever been a part of and I will forever thank God for my time with family legacy.”
— Ellie Dawson (Camp Life 2022 Summer Staffer)
