Beauty Mulenga is 14 years old and in the 8th grade. Beauty suffers from sickle-cell anemia, which causes severe pain throughout her body on random occasions. Beauty and her cousin Temba lived with her aunt who was very abusive and came home drunk many nights. Beauty was raped when she was younger by her aunt’s boyfriend.

Beauty and Temba moved into the Tree of Life Children’s Village in 2009. Beauty wants to be a doctor.
