The Tree of Life Children’s Village will have a full-scale Christian camp called Camp LIFE! Camp LIFE will be a fully functional overnight camp facility with accommodations for over 1000 children and volunteer counselors each week. The Legacy Center will be the centerpiece of Camp LIFE as it will be built to hold up to 1000 children each week. Nearby the Legacy Center, will be cabins capable of housing 48 children and four counselors each, with shared shower and bathroom facilities, a covered pavilion, a full-scale dining hall, and multiple recreational areas and soccer fields.

Camp LIFE will run throughout the year for a total of 30 weeks per year providing a high-powered and deeply significant camp experience to over 30,000 orphaned and vulnerable children each year.  Each week during the summer months, teams of American families and college students will come in to assist the Zambian staff in putting on Camp LIFE for these children.  Throughout the year, the full-time Zambian staff, as well as mid-term and long-term volunteers from the USA will conduct the Camp LIFE sessions.

When the facility is not in use it can be rented out to organizations, corporations and individuals to be used for meetings, banquets, weddings and retreats. The money generated from renting out the facilities will underwrite Camp LIFE throughout the year.
