1. Go to www.familylegacy.com/myaccount
2. Enter your email address and password and click the Login button.
3. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button.
4. On the next screen, enter your email address and click the “Send Password Reset Instructions” button.
5. A banner should appear at the top, “Password reset email sent. You should receive it shortly. Please double check your spam folder if you do not get the email very soon.”
6. When you receive the email, click on the “Change My Password” button.
7. A new browser window will open. Enter and confirm your new password and click the “Change My Password” button.
