It’s hard to believe we are already getting ready for Camp LIFE 2010, but after talking about this years theme, I’m not sure it can get here soon enough. The theme this year is JOY and our theme verse is Nehemiah 8:10.
Go and celebrate with a feast of choice foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don’t be dejected and sad, for the JOY OF THE LORD IS YOUR STRENGTH!
With so many things pressing down on the orphans of Zambia telling them they are not worth anything, we are going to tell them about the joy that comes from the Lord. We want to focus on how the secret to finding joy is serving others. It’ll be amazing to see the results of thousands of orphaned and vulnerable children who are finding the joy of the Lord by serving others. It is very likely that the country of Zambia will never be the same!
