Yesterday our staff here in America took a trip to the Buckner Warehouse in Dallas to sort more than 1500 Camp LIFE t-Shirts for 2009. These t-shirts are our “uniform” at camp, so every American orders four t-shirts per week they will be there. Every American Ambassador buys their favorite colors and their purchase helps to pay the cost for their Zambian partner’s t-shirts as well. We love to offer them in a wide variety of bright colors because it helps build the atmosphere of excitement and life that we try to create for the kids.
We want to give a big thanks to Buckner International who let us use their facility and to the Buckner Volunteer captains who helped us sort, fold and package all of the t-shirts. We’ll be handing these t-shirts out to everyone who attends the final team meeting April 17-19.
