The theme for Camp LIFE 2009 is LOVE. We want to interrupt the hopeless everyday lives of these children with the message of the overwhelming, all-powerful, all-consuming, all-merciful, ever present, never changing, never-ending LOVE OF GOD! Imagine the picture of FLOODING these kids with God’s love, and not just with hugs and songs and smiles, but with clear, concise, and concrete proof from God’s Word of His amazing love for them. We want them to truly grasp the love conveyed in our theme verse, John 3:16. We have some very special things planned to do with the kids so don’t miss out on what is shaping up to be the most powerful Camp LIFE ever!
In order to emphasize the theme of LOVE to these children, all aspects of camp have to reflect it. We have purposefully design t-shirts and picked out theme songs that say that Jesus loves each one of them individually.
