If you missed the Team Meetings or just want to know what is going on with the ministry, below you can find our first two conference calls. They are about an hour each, but packed with info about what is going on this summer in Zambia.

In 2008 we gave every kid who came to Camp LIFE a green fleece jacket. This video shows the reaction from several weeks of camp. This year we will be giving each child a “Blessing Box.” It will be filled with pencils, crayons, pens, workbooks, a ruler, erasers, stickers and a Beanie Baby. We’ll also give each kid a bag of mealie meal, a bottle of cooking oil and sugar to take home. We are so excited about this and expect a HUGE celebration similar to 2008.

Team Meeting number two is this weekend in Austin, Houston and Dallas. We have a lot to do at this meeting such as getting your preference of age and gender for your group and we have some more tips on getting your blessing boxes ready. You may have heard by now that 2010 is the 10-year anniversary of Family Legacy’s work in Zambia. It has been a lot of fun trying to keep up with what God wants to accomplish over the past 10 years. To celebrate we want to invite everyone to the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Frisco, TX on September 18, 2010 to come and see what the Lord has done in Zambia.

It is going to be a great night with an African Market where you can purchase all kinds of things from Zambia, we’ll have a wonderful dinner in the Grand Ballroom and we’ll see and experience all that is happening in Zambia.
